Wyoming Capital Access (formerly WIDC Frontier CDC) is Wyoming’s leading provider of the SBA 504 loan program and has consistently been awarded the SBA Wyoming Lender of the Year.  WCA is Wyoming’s only Certified Development Company headquartered and staffed entirely in Wyoming.  For more than forty years, our organization has assisted hundreds of businesses secure the financing required for sustainable growth and expansion.

Wyoming Capital Access provides guidance and access to the SBA 504 Loan Program and our Direct Lending Program.  These programs are alternative business financing options for Wyoming lending partners and for the benefit of Wyoming small businesses.

The recent name and branding changes come at a time when helping small businesses rebound and grow is more important than ever.  The new logo, brand identity and strategy updates are rooted in WCA’s commitment to help grow Wyoming small businesses. The new name and branding take inspiration from the state of Wyoming and reflect the company’s uniquely Wyoming connection.

The recent emergence of Wyoming Capital Access marks a progression from a time when the Wyoming Industrial Development Corporation (WIDC) and Frontier Certified Development Company (Frontier CDC) merged into WIDC•Frontier to meet the needs of the Wyoming businesses and banking communities more effectively. We continue forward in that same spirit to address the needs of small business growth and to leverage strong banking relationships throughout Wyoming.

Our goal is to work with Wyoming lenders and small business owners to identify project funding that meets the needs for business growth, job creation and retention and to assist in Wyoming’s prosperity.
